If you are a new prospective wholesale customer within the USA you must first fill out our US Account Set Up Form.
You can download this here. Completed and signed forms must be returned to us either by fax, email or snail mail.
Orders are fulfilled in the order received.
Those placed Monday through Thursday will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Those placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
